Membership

In accordance with article 3 of the regulations any member of a regulated market and/or other companies which main activities are related to securities traded on a regulated market such as for instance corporate finance activities, are eligible for membership of the Danish Securities Dealers Association.

A written application shall be send to the governing board with all necessary documentation. The board will make its decision on whether the applicant can become a member based on this information, and on whether the applicant is a well-known participant in the Danish securities market.

The Danish Central Bank can become member on special terms negotiated by the governing board.
