The Danish Securities Dealers Association are represented by:
The General Assembly
According to article 6 of the Rules of the Danish Securities Dealers Association The General Assembly is the supreme authority.
The Executive Board
The Executive Board establishes the line of politics and positions the frameworks within which the Secretariat carries out its work. The Executive Board consists of maximum 9 members elected for two years at a time, cf. article 14 of the Rules.
At the moment the following comprise The Executive Board
The Stock Market Committee
The committee acts as the consultative body to the Executive Board on matters relating to stocks.
The Investment Banking Committee
The committee acts as the consultative body to the Executive Board on subjects relating to corporate finance (IPOs, M&A etc.).
The Fixed income Committee
The committee acts as the consultative body to the Executive Board on matters relating to bonds.
Working Groups
When required the Danish Securities Association establishes working groups to enlighten specific questions through detailed investigation. This might concern amendment of existing legislation, commercial usage etc.
The Secretariat
The Secretariat of the Danish Bankers carries out the functions of the Danish Securities Dealers Associaltion.
